The highest skyscraper in the European Union - Varso Tower
Varso Tower is advertised as the tallest in the European Union. It is being built in the vicinity of the Central Railway Station. At the intersection of Chmielna Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue. The investor informs that the skyscraper will be 310 meters high together with the spire. Varso Tower will consist of the main tower and two side towers with 140 sq m. m2, of which 7 thousand. m2 will constitute the area of service and commercial premises. An interesting solution is to provide everyone with a terrace from which you can admire the panorama of Warsaw. Varso Tower is scheduled for delivery in 2020.
Generation Park - a tribute to the XYZ generation
New office investments in Warsaw are being built not only in the very center, but also in neighboring districts. The building, which is scheduled to be delivered soon, is Generation Park in Wola. It is a complex of buildings at the Daszyńskiego roundabout. The investment includes a 140-meter tower that will provide over 45 thousand sq m. m2 of office space. Two smaller buildings provide space for service and commercial premises. The investment is to refer to the X, Y and Z generations and be kept in a modernist and minimalist style. The first buildings of the complex will be put into use at the end of this year, and more in mid-2021.
Warsaw HUB in Wola
Warsaw HUB is another investment under construction in Warsaw's Wola district. It is being built at the junction of Towarowa and Prosta Streets. It will be made up of three skyscrapers - two 230 meters high and one 86 meters high, which will be used as a hotel. The other two towers will house commercial and service premises, conference rooms, as well as office and co-working space. It is also planned to create an underground tunnel connecting the complex with the Rondo Daszyńskie metro station. Completion of construction works is planned for the end of 2019, and opening for the first quarter of 2020.
Skyliner - the most characteristic skyscraper in Warsaw
Another boldly announced office investment in Warsaw, Skyliner, will appear next to The Warsaw Hub. The building will offer nearly 44 thousand. m2 of lease area. The Skyliner Tower is to be 195 meters high and will have 30 office floors and 4 commercial spaces. In the skyscraper, shops, restaurants, cafes and fitness clubs will find their headquarters and premises. The investment is to combine modern efficiency with a friendly working environment and green space in the center of the city. The date of completion of construction works is June 2020.
Mennica Legacy Tower - not only an office building
At the intersection of Prosta and Żelazna Streets, another new office investment is being built - Mennica Legacy Tower. It will consist of two buildings, which will provide 65 sq m in total. m2 of office space. In 2019, the entire investment is to be commissioned. It is not only entrepreneurs, but also the inhabitants of the capital that are waiting for its completion. The investor undertook to design and construct a city passage between the buildings, leading from Prosta Street to Grzybowska Street, and thus to create an attractive public space.
New office investments in Warsaw only confirm that the situation on the real estate market in the capital will not change in the coming years. The streak continues. Recent reports indicate that there are currently over 5,3 million m2 of office space available on the Warsaw market, and this year another 200 will be built. m2. Entrepreneurs will therefore have plenty to choose from.
